Choosing an enrichment tool
How to choose a LinkedIn contact enrichment tool
By Volt Enrich
Start with the list you already have and the contact fields you actually need. A useful evaluation follows that list from input to saved results, so you can see whether a tool fits your everyday work.
Start with a profileGoogle sign-in and approved access required.
Start with your input, not a feature count
If your shortlist is a set of LinkedIn profile URLs, check whether you can submit those URLs directly. Having to add names, company domains, or other columns creates another preparation task before you can begin.
Volt Enrich accepts personal-profile URLs through a single-profile input, a pasted list, or CSV upload. That makes it a fit for individual recruiters who have already identified people and want to add contact details to their shortlist.
Check that you can choose each contact field
Personal email, work email, and mobile phone serve different needs. Check whether a tool lets you request each one independently, and whether the result makes clear which fields you selected.
In Volt Enrich, all three fields start unselected. You can request one field or any combination. The selection applies to the whole run; use separate runs for groups that need different fields.
For example, if one shortlist needs only work email and another needs only mobile phone, create two runs with those respective selections. You do not need to request all three fields for either list.
Follow a run all the way to export
- Submit a small authorized list that reflects the profiles you normally work with. Select the fields you intend to evaluate.
- Review each selected field in the results. Keep returned details, missing results, and unfinished rows separate when assessing the outcome.
- Leave the page and reopen the same run. Check whether the saved results and progress remain easy to find.
- Download the CSV and check whether the output fits the next step in your workflow.
Evaluate returned details separately from availability
An email appearing in a result and an email reaching the intended person are different observations. Keep your evaluation specific: which requested fields were returned, whether the details were current, and whether they were useful for your purpose.
We do our best to keep contact details current, but some may be outdated. Volt Enrich does not guarantee a contact detail for every profile or delivery to every returned email. A small trial is useful for checking workflow fit, but it cannot establish a universal coverage rate.
Where Volt Enrich fits
Volt Enrich brings URL input, independent contact-field selection, saved runs, and CSV export into a focused workflow. Runs continue after you close the tab, and Recent lets you reopen them without submitting the list again.
It is designed for enriching the profiles you supply. If your main task is discovering candidates, managing a shared team workspace, or sending outreach campaigns, those tasks need a separate workflow. Access to Volt Enrich requires Google sign-in and approval; visitors can join the waitlist or redeem an access code.
Questions about this workflow
Can I evaluate the workflow with one profile?
Yes. Start with one LinkedIn personal-profile URL and choose your fields. Enrichment requires Google sign-in and approved access.
Does Volt Enrich send messages to the people in my list?
No. It returns selected contact details and supports CSV export. You decide how to use the results in your own workflow.
