Candidate data
We process the LinkedIn profile URLs you submit, the contact fields you request and receive, run status, and usage records.
How data is used
We use account and candidate data to provide requested results, prevent abuse, manage credits, maintain audit records, support users, and improve reliability. We do not expose another customer's data to you.
Data sharing and retention
We share data only as needed with service providers that help us operate Volt Enrich. Data is subject to retention and suppression safeguards. Operational and legal records may be retained longer where required for security, accounting, or compliance.
Your choices
You may manage run emails in Account, revoke active sessions, and contact us to request access, correction, suppression, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.
