This policy explains what Volt Enrich collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Account information
We collect your verified Google email, name, professional role, company, authentication identifiers, session metadata, and product activity to create and secure your account and operate the service.
Visit activity
We record pages visited, public profile identifiers, named button and link actions, and approximate active time to understand how the service is used and improve it. Visits use a temporary identifier in your browser tab and a random identifier saved in this browser for up to 90 days to recognize repeat visits. We also save whether you dismissed or answered the public profile question so it stays hidden on later visits. Clearing site storage or changing browsers starts a new identifier. Visits may be associated with your account when you sign in. When you submit a LinkedIn profile for enrichment on the landing page, we also record that profile URL and your selected contact fields, even if you have not signed in. We do not record unsubmitted input or returned contact values in visit activity. Visit records are retained for up to 90 days and are accessible only to platform administrators.
Candidate data
We process the LinkedIn profile URLs you submit, the contact fields you request and receive, run status, and usage records.
How data is used
We use account and candidate data to provide requested results, prevent abuse, manage credits, maintain audit records, support users, and improve reliability. We do not expose another customer's data to you.
Public professional profiles
Individual public profile pages may display professional names, roles, companies, locations, LinkedIn links, and recorded experience. These pages may appear in search engines. Contact values are not included in public profiles; accessing requested contact results requires a signed-in account. Professional information may be incomplete or outdated. Contact support@voltenrich.com with the profile URL to request a correction or removal.
Data sharing and retention
In addition to the public professional information described above, we share data as needed with service providers that help us operate Volt Enrich. Data is subject to retention and suppression safeguards. Operational and legal records may be retained longer where required for security, accounting, or compliance.
Account deletion
If you delete your account, we retain your normalized email address and deletion date. We use this record to prevent repeat signup credits and skip onboarding when you create an account with the same email. This record is kept separately from your deleted profile, enrichment history, and usage records.
Your choices
You may manage run emails in Account, revoke active sessions, and contact us to request access, correction, suppression, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.
