Contact enrichment evaluation checklist — Volt Enrich Updated September 20, 2026 https://voltenrich.com/resources/choosing-a-contact-enrichment-tool Before the run [ ] Record the test date and how the authorized profile list was selected. [ ] Record the sample size and any duplicate or invalid URLs. [ ] Select the same fields for comparable groups. For each selected field: personal email, work email, mobile phone Requested profiles: ____ Returned usable details: ____ Completed without a result: ____ Unfinished profiles: ____ Returned / requested: ____% Check: returned + completed without a result + unfinished = requested. Unrequested fields are excluded from all four counts. Record each original run once; report retries separately to avoid double counting. Assess separately [ ] Identity: does the detail belong to the intended person? [ ] Freshness: what dated evidence supports it being current? [ ] Delivery: measured separately, only where appropriate and authorized. [ ] Contact preferences: availability alone does not establish consent. Workflow [ ] Reopen the original saved run after leaving the page. [ ] Check field selection and distinguish blanks from missing results. [ ] Check that the CSV export fits your workflow. [ ] Record limitations; do not generalize a small sample into universal coverage. This is an evaluation worksheet, not a benchmark or contact dataset. Publication review [ ] Remove names, profile URLs, contact values, and account identifiers. [ ] State the sample size, test dates, selected fields, and sampling method. [ ] Separate measured results from hypotheses; do not imply universal coverage. [ ] Publish only results you are authorized to share.
