These terms govern your use of Volt Enrich and its candidate contact enrichment services.
Using the service
You may use Volt Enrich only for lawful professional purposes and only with data you are permitted to process. Do not use the service for harassment, discrimination, surveillance, or unlawful marketing.
Credits and results
New accounts receive a one-time 100-credit allowance. Each usable selected work email, personal email, or mobile number shown in a non-repeat run costs one credit. Missing, malformed, masked, suppressed, or failed fields are not charged, and LinkedIn/profile data is free. An exact replay of a previously completed run with the same normalized candidates and selected fields is free. Enrichment results may be incomplete or outdated and should be independently verified before consequential use.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse.
Service availability
We work to keep Volt Enrich reliable, but service features and dependencies may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Ending use
You may stop using Volt Enrich at any time and may contact us to request account or personal-data deletion. Provisions that logically survive termination, including payment, acceptable-use, and liability terms, remain in effect.
